PRODUCT ENGINEER - Wisconsin - BS/MS Engineering (any). Seeking 2-4+ years experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Responsible for: product design/design modification of aluminum heat exchangers. Analyze and interpret engineering data for new products and components, and modifications affecting standard products. Provide technical information to Materials Department to assist with procurements of special material, specifications, available sources, sub-contracting, etc. Provide assistance in methodizing production operations, tooling reuirements, feasibility of manufacture or sub-contracting, labor and material cost estimates. Assist with resolving production problems in the manufacturing area. Assist Quality Control and Materials on resolving all technical issues dealing with quality problems.

WELD ENGINEER- Wisconsin - Seeking BS in Weld Engineering or BSME with 4+ years GTAW and GMAW weld processes as related to aluminum and SMAW/GMAW/FCAW/SAW/GTAW processes as related to carbon and stainless steel welding. Working knowledge of AutoCad, Excel and Word programs. Familiarity with ASME VIII/IX or EN 287 / EN 288 design codes desired. Documentation and generation of WPS, WPQ, PQR and prolongation logs on aluminum and stainless steel alloys and filler metals in compliance with ASME IX and EN 287 / EN 288 4 with minor requirements to AWS D1.1. Direct involvement with GTAW-AC / DC, GMAW semi-automatic, GMAW machine (direct and remote vision) wld processes on a wide range of aluminum alloys and filler metals in compliance with ASME IX, EN 287-2 and AWS D1.1.
Also identification and resolution of production problems on a manufacturing shop floor environment.

PROJECT ENGINEER - THERMAL VACUUM CHAMBERS - Texas BSCHE or BSME with 4+ years project engineering experience. Responsible for specifications, procedures and P&IDs for Thermal-Fluid systems with High Vacuum & Cryogenic subsystems. Duties include: Primary person for developing the P&ID to a final complete and accurate level and issued for construction; Size lines and valves for both fluid and vacuum service; specify line lists valve lists and other vacuum, water and cryogenic process equipment including Roughing and High Vacuum Pumps; Liaison for manufacturing of systems and vacuum chambers.

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER - Atlanta -BSME with 3+ years mechanical design engineering experience including 2 years Thermodynamics and heat transfer experience. Including ASME and DOT Stainless Steel tanks and pressure vessels. Create Design Validation and FMEA documents. Experience with Quality Systems, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions. A through knowledge of ASME code and standards, DOT, CGA and ISO9001/13485 based Quality Systems is essential.

Responsible for: product design/design modification of Stainless Steel vessels - Medical Oxygen bottles; preparation of drawings, calculations and specifications; product structuring and developing Bills of Materials; understanding and communicating product requirements to major component suppliers for any new designs or projects. Must possess a working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, mainframe computers and software including JD Edwards or similar manufacturing software; and Cad systems such as ProE, Autocad, and Solidworks. Familiar with ISO 9001/ISO 13485 requirements, is a plus.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - Texas - BS Civil or Structural Engineer. Seeking three - five years experience, EIT preferred. Must be able to perform stress analyses of product elements using engineering principles in mechanics of materials theory; provide interpretation and definition of applicable product specifications and code compliance to designers and drafters; interface with Marketing, Project Management and clients during product development cycle and proficient in the utilization of two-demensional computer aided design using AUTODESK, AutoCAD Release 2000. PC skills must include MS Word, Excell; Access and other data base manangement software.
